Document Checklist : For Grade 1 to grade 8

  • Birth Certificate : a copy duly attested by a gazetted officer, Parents should produce the original birth certificate for verification.
  • Proof of Residence: Residence proof should strictly be in the name of the father or mother of the child seeking admission. Any ONE of the following documents can be produced as proof of residence:
    • Passport (Recent)
    • Electricity Bill
    • Telephone Bill (Land Line)
    • Unique ID (Aadhar Card)
    • Registered Agreement Copy (Purchase or Rented)
    • Bank Statement for the current month
  • Progress Report of Previous Grade : a copy duly attested. Original Progress Report should be produced during the admission.
  • Medical Certificate (Provided in the Admission Kit) has to be filled, signed and stamped by a registered medical practitioner.
  • Passport size photographs – 2 nos (With white background)
  • A Copy of PAN card and Aadhar Card - Child, Mother and Father (Mandatory)
  • Transfer Certificate/ Leaving Certificate/ Migration Certificate
    • Students seeking admission from states other than the state of Mahahrashtra should have their Transfer / Leaving Certificate duly endorsed by the Education Department of their respective States.
    • The original Transfer Certificate / Leaving certificate should clearly mention that the ward has been promoted to the Class for which he / she has applied for admission for 2024-25.
    • Original Transfer Certificate / Leaving Certificate must be submitted in the school office within 15 days of the beginning of academic year.
    • ADMISSION IS PROVISIONAL TILL THE ORIGINAL TRANSFER CERTIFICATE/LEAVING CERTIFICATE is submitted and all admission formalities are completed.
  • Parents seeking admission for their wards for Grade 2 - 8 onwards must provide NOC from their previous school office, in case they are studying in schools nearby PDIS school.
