PRABHAKAR DESAI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is being managed by SHREE EDUCATIONAL TRUST, which has expertise in setting up, managing and running educational institutions as per prescribed international standards.

Founder Trustees :

SET – Shree Educational Trust

Shree Educational Trust is registered (vide Registration No.E-28152 -Mumbai), as a public trust under the Mumbai Public Trust Act 1950, on 30th August 2011 at Mumbai Charity Commissioner's office. The trust has been founded by eminent personalities with the major objective to provide Quality Education to the children. The trust has the expertise of constructing state of art infrastructures required for setting up and running educational institution, as also managing all operational activities. The trustees of SET have been associated with the Educational field for more than one and half decade at various levels.

The trustees also have proven record of Managing and providing consultancy services for all operations of a construction company and educational institutions.

Dr. Vidya Ramgopal : Dr. Vidya Ramgopal is an Educationist to the core of her heart with a Doctorate In Philosophy (Ph.D. from Mumbai University) and Bachelor's Degree in Education. She started her career as a Research Fellow and grew further as Lecturer, teaching students of Degree and Junior College. Her teaching skills enriched with mastery over international methods of teaching and assessments, as she got opportunity to work with a well established school in Dubai, following British Curriculum. Following an excellent initial stint of teaching for five years, along with noticeable flare for managing activities, the school management promoted her as Principal. Furthering her 'educationist' acumen, she was put on the helm of the school, as a CEO of the same school. She boasts of an excellent track record and equally outstanding caliber of administering and managing a school of international standard. This quality was lauded by the international inspection team visiting her school and at other meets. Experience of over two decades in the field of education puts her on a pedestal.

Shri. Rajan Shirodkar : Masters Degree Holder in Labour Studies from Mumbai University, Mr. Rajan Shirodkar has been associated with the Academics and Educational Administration for nearly a decade. He was elected as Senate member of Mumbai University in 1987 and represented it through to 1993. During his tenure he was responsible for giving consents to establish new colleges. He was a member of Planning and Building Construction Committee of Mumbai University. He was selected to be a member of Executive Council of Mumbai University from 1990- 93. He had a key role in formulating policies, regulations and guidelines with respect to academic and administrative matters of University of Mumbai. He has formulated new guidelines for affiliation of colleges to Mumbai University. He was chairman of Maharashtra Pollution Control Board from 1995-99.

Having such a vast experience at University Level, he moved further in the field of Building construction. He established Vijayraj Developers- in 1991 and executed various building projects till date in Mumbai and Pune. He is responsible for overall business of the organization, overseeing all aspects of new business development.

Shri. Rangu Venkat Ramgopal : Master of Management Studies, from Mumbai University (India), with work experience of over 25years, Mr. Ramgopal has worked for multinational giants like Philips (India) and John Wyeth (India). He started his career in the UAE with Bhatia Group in 1992. A Management consultant by profession, and has the acumen of running roprietary enterprises and consultancy services for the last 20 years in the UAE and India. .

Shri Vijay Yeolekar : Shri Vijay Yeolekar is a dynamic personality with Degree in Civil Engineering and has a very focused vision. Born and brought up in a family with strong educational background, he has keen interest in raising the standards of education.
