Note:

  • Fees for the Academic year 2018-19 is to be paid on 13th April & 14th April, 2018. The Current dated cheque for the 1st instalment should be dated as 13th April, 2018, & PDC’s for the rest (i.e.) 10th July, 10th September & 10th December 2018.
  • Transportation can be opted as per choice for the new academic year. For this kindly contact the School Reception.
  • Attendance on the first day is mandatory.
  • You are requested to send all the books (properly labelled with student name & grade) along with your ward on first day.

Dear Parents,

This is to inform you that since the Academic year 2017-18 is about to get over and your ward will be entering into the Primary Section of the school i.e. Grade 1. The academic year 2018-19 for grade I to VIII is commencing from 5th April, 2018. Hence, we need to complete the formalities of filling up the admission form for the same. You are requested to complete the form filling procedure by visiting the school from 3rd March, 2018 (Saturday) till 10th March, 2018 (Saturday) from 9.00 am till 3.00 pm. You are requested to bring following documents/photographs along with you:

  • A self-attested copy of the Residence proof (Passport/ Electricity bill/ Telephone bill/Aadhar card/) in case of any change in address.
  • Recent passport-size photographs of the child (2 nos.).
  • Recent passport size photographs of Father, Mother & the Guardian for the Admission Form.
  • Recent stamp-size coloured photographs (one each) of the student, the student’s Mother, Father and a Guardian for the Parents’ pass in an envelope mentioning the name and grade of the ward behind each photograph.
  • Aadhar card copy of child.

Also, you are requested to pay the instalments of fees for the Academic year 2018-19 by current dated (one chq) & post-dated cheques (three chqs. ) only, in favour of Prabhakar Desai International School, along with the same.

Instructions required to be followed for the Annual Sports Day:

  • Reporting time will be 9:00 am sharp at the venue i.e. Dombivli Gymkhana, P-9, MIDC Phase 1, Dombivli (E) 421201 and the dispersal will be by 1:0 0 pm.
  • Regular transport services will be provided by the school to the regular transport students.

  • If your ward is having motion sickness, please give him/her medicine in advance.

This is to inform you that, students will have Diwali vacation from 16th October, 2017 i.e. Monday to 27th October, 2017 i.e. Friday. School reopens on 30th October, 2017 i.e. Monday.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Kindly note that first day attendance is compulsory for all the students.
  • Please note that the homework for Diwali vacation is mentioned in the NEWSLETTER.
  • After Diwali vacation students should come to school in complete Regular Uniform with I-card & proper school shoes & socks as prescribed in the almanac.
  • An extra pair of clothes should be sent to school along with kids.
  • Girls should use red hairband/red rubber & tic tack clips to set the hair properly.
  • Accessories like bangles, bindies, etc. will not be allowed in the school.

As you are aware, the Annual Exhibition ‘ I3’ is scheduled on 8th & 9th September, 2017. The students will have a holiday on 07th September, 2017 for Exhibition arrangements. Exhibition duties are allotted to all the students.

The students will have Exhibition duty on 8th & 9th September, 2017 as per the following schedule.

Dear Parents,

1st July is celebrated as Doctor’s Day in India. PDIS wishes to make its children aware of the importance of doctors who relentlessly make efforts to sustain our life and keep us healthy. Our children have prepared greeting cards to wish their family doctor. We request you to kindly arrange for giving this greeting card to your family doctor as per your convenience. We would also appreciate if it is possible for you to take photographs of the same and submit the same to the school.

You are also requested to make a note of the time-table for the Physical Education (PE) Class for the current academic year. Students should attend the school in PE uniform as per the schedule given below:
